On Friday night I was back at the Abbey Theatre, not on stage this time but a member of the audience for the Nuneaton Gang Show. Two members of 1st Bedworth Kayleigh and Jessica were on stage, and Matt was back stage.  The three of them were keeping up the tradition that started with Jason who was our soul representative in the very first show at Bedworth Civic Hall in 1981. Over the years many members of 1st Bedworth have been proud to be members of the ‘Nuneaton Gang’ including yours truly. Congratulations to the Gang on an excellent show. Thanks to them I now know that Clive (our District Commissioner) is in fact the ‘Phantom Woggle Nicker’

On Thursday 15th I was in another Gang Show audience, at the Belgrade Theatre to see the Coventry Gang Show. We were there to support Andy, our Active Support Manager. Andy is very active with Coventry Scout County, apart from the many hours that he spends with 1st Bedworth. The Coventry show was absolutely brilliant and the Gang put on a great show. One of  the best scenes in my  opinion was from ‘The Producers’ possibly my favourite West End show of all time. A great night was had by all
