Wednesday 24 June: Latest newsletter now available for download here (136kb PDF). You will all be given a paper copy of this at your next section meeting but here is an electronic copy also. Please read it as it does contain important information on kit, timings and key dates between now and when we travel.

Monday 15 June: Time is cracking on now and it's amazing to think that in two months time we will already be home from Switzerland! We are almost there with the fundraising and Saturday saw the 14+ raise £510.72 being raised. That puts £255.36 more into the activity pot - well done.

You may also have noticed that the fundraising bubble has changed again. The £14500 figure is the total amount needed for us to put on the full programme including white water rafting and high ropes adventure. The amount raised now also includes the grants and donations we have received too. We're nearly there now but it all depends on the last three bag packs.

Finally, people are now starting to ask questions about kit and such so a newsletter will be going out very shortly.

Sunday 31 May: More good news on the fundraising front, this weekends bag packing at Ricoh M&S brought in a £872.71 which puts another £436.35 into the activity fund. It doesn't end there though as Saturday morning also saw a cheque for £500 arrive from WCVYS towards the cost of the environmental programme and overnight hut visits. Well done to everyone who took part in the bag packs and a big thanks to WCVYS.

Monday 11 May: Now that we have a firmer programme for the trip we have updated the fundraising bubble - click here for a copy of the provisional programme. Whether this programme happens or not is totally down to the fundraising. We are doing well, but as you can see we still have a way to go.
